Unable to perform live in 2020, Travis Scott partnered with Fornite to produce a series of digital concerts. The 10-min show could be joined by 100 players per lobby and featured a giant-sized avatar of the artist rapping in mesmerising decors, while players could run around to add just enough interactivity. Not just a digitized version of a concert, it offered an experience only these virtual spaces can, watched by millions, while official merchandising (both digital and physical) sold out in minutes.
