As part of the Beyond XBOX campaign that previously saw lonely seniors being offered the opportunity to play (and meet) with others during the pandemic, 'A Player Like Me' focuses on young people with rare diseases that can find comfort in meeting others sharing the same disease. Partnering with the charity Gamers Outreach, Xbox organizes gaming sessions where they get to know each other and share the ups and downs of living with their diseases.
